All children entering Middleburgh are registered by the school registrar. At the time of registration, children attending Middleburgh Central School may be given an appointment with a school counselor to develop a schedule. 

Step 1: Download, print and complete the registration packet attachment below.

Step 2: Click the Continue button on the left and complete the Online Pre-Registration form (see instructions below).
